With its 109 cc air cooled engine dio produces 8 Bhp power at 7000 rpm and torque of 8.66 Nm at 5500 rpm. V-matic transmission ensures smooth riding experience Dio has very good pickup and it can reach top speed of 83 Kmph and can deliver mileage upto 50-55 kmpl practically. Fuel Tank capacity is 5.3 litre. When it comes to breaking dio has been provided with combi brakes at rear which ensures that both brakes are applied when rear break lever is pressed for efficient breaking mechanism.
Dio has under bone frame with spring loaded hydraulic suspension in both front and rear although telescopic suspension area not given.
